Our Story: A Journey in Health, Movement, and Mindfulness

M3M Partnership was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that every person, regardless of age, ability, or background, can find strength, peace, and fulfillment through mindful movement and healing practices. Our journey began over a decade ago, rooted in fitness and therapeutic bodywork, but quickly expanded as we explored more holistic approaches to support both body and mind.

As we grew, yoga became a transformative addition, one that we both embraced personally and now share with our clients to enhance strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Reflexology remains central to our practice, grounding our work in therapeutic touch and holistic healing, while the addition of Thai massage further supports clients in restoring physical balance and ease of movement.

At M3M Partnership, we’ve developed a range of services designed to meet clients wherever they are on their wellness journey. Whether joining us for Yoga in the Yard, exploring reflexology for the first time, or committing to a structured wellness program, our clients find a safe, welcoming space where they can progress toward their goals with encouragement and support.

Steve Macdonald

Yoga Instructor & Thai Massage Practitionner RYT200

Welcome! I’m excited to share my passion for yoga and Thai massage with you. My journey began in the British military and transitioned into the corporate world of financial management. In 2008, I moved to Canada, where a downturn in the economy prompted me to pivot to my long-held interest in physical training. I established a fitness company that grew over seven years, fostering a strong community. In 2017, I sold my training business to regain my freedom, but I soon realized my true calling was helping others achieve their goals—whether through fitness or motorcycling, which I also supported through helping to create a motorcycle training program in 2019. A transformative experience in 2019 led me to yoga, bringing balance and peace to my life. I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in an inspiring off-grid setting, where I found joy in sharing this practice with others. Alongside my yoga journey, I trained in Thai massage to create a welcoming space for all. Understanding the challenges of living in a larger body, I’m dedicated to helping everyone discover the benefits of yoga and massage. Together, we can explore movement and mindfulness, leading you on a path to wellness and transformation. Let’sembark on this journey together!

Foot Health & Wellness Expert

As a seasoned Reflexologist and owner of CHI Reflexology, Lorraine has developed a deep understanding of the critical role foot health plays in overall body wellness. With years of experience in holistic health and a passion for helping people move with ease, Lorraine has discovered that strong, healthy, and agile feet are the foundation of a balanced, pain-free life. Through her practice, Lorraine helps clients address a wide range of health issues by focusing on foot health. She uses her expertise in reflexology, foot strengthening techniques, and therapeutic massage to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance energy flow throughout the body. Lorraine believes that foot health is a key to unlocking total body wellness—when your feet are strong and flexible, the rest of your body follows suit. Whether it’s through personalized reflexology sessions, strengthening exercises, or holistic wellness retreats, Lorraine empowers her clients to take control of their health, starting from the ground up. Her unique approach helps people reconnect with their bodies, improve their posture, and live life with greater ease, comfort, and vitality.
