LFDT (Let’s Frickin Do This)
Ready to build strength, improve flexibility, and feel more energized? This series combines Yoga and Strength/Conditioning in a well-rounded program designed to help you progress at your own pace. With structured sessions and supportive guidance, LFDT is the perfect way to challenge yourself and achieve your fitness goals.
Schedule:
- Sessions are held 3 days per week, alternating between Yoga and Strength/Conditioning
- Additional at-home challenges/sessions will be provided for off-days.
- Outdoor sessions may be included, depending on the weather. For non-winter series, most training will take place outdoors.
Strength & Conditioning Details:
- Workouts include bodyweight exercises, resistance band training, and kettlebell work.
- The program is adaptable to your current fitness level, progressively building strength and conditioning.
Required Items:
- Strength & Conditioning:
- Light work gloves (to ease discomfort with resistance bands)
- Water bottle
- Hand towel
- Training/Yoga mat
- An open mind and sense of humor

Kettlebell Workshop
Want to feel confident using kettlebells in your fitness routine? This workshop is all about mastering the fundamentals of kettlebell training in a safe, supportive environment. It is also a prerequisite for joining the LFDT series, ensuring you’re fully prepared for its strength and conditioning components.


Topics Covered:
- Core training and shoulder mobility with kettlebells.
- Mastering the Hip Hinge.
- Executing the Clean (lifting the kettlebell from floor to shoulder).
- Performing Kettlebell Squats (Goblet and Front variations).
- Practicing the Overhead Press.
